Michigan-Specific Ethics 2018-2019 Edition – NEW
Richard G. David, Chief Operating Officer, UHY Advisors, Inc.
What you don’t know, can hurt you. From obtaining a firm license or figuring out what qualifies as CPE, to the Bureau of Professional Licensing’s actions against CPAs that don’t comply- we explore case studies in Michigan’s Accountancy law and Administrative Rule.
** The MWTA has decided to replace one of the hours of general Ethics with the new Michigan-Specific Ethics CPE to give our members the one CPE that is now going to be required. Rick David is a qualified trainer with the MICPA and as such has the new course materials. We will issue 2 CPE for Ethics, one will be Ethics and the other will be the new MI-Specific Ethics. There is a difference and we will discuss more on 5/23/18.
